Interview
What brought you to the Czech Republic, and what made you join the EUFRAT team? I arrived in Czechia end of 2016 because I found a job in Prague. I joined EUFRAT because they were looking for native French speakers.
In my lessons, what do I usually use? Many things! I use class books as a support in order to follow a progression, but then according to student's profile and level/expectations, I also use news, fun facts, culture, etc. to study the language.
What can the students look forward to? A little bit of everything, according to level and expectations! Communication, grammar, vocabulary, common life situations...
What is, in your opinion, the mission of a language tutor? To develop students potential, to give them keys for success, to expand their horizons, to give them a taste for learning!
And how would you describe your students? They are generally motivated and curious, happy to be there and willing to progress!
Is there a lasting lesson you hope students take from your classes? You don't have to be native/C2 to speak a language, it's about communication! Having interest in what the other say, taking into account context and just being human.
What is, according to you, the best thing about EUFRAT? I don't know enough about the school to give my opinion but so far, I am happy with their communication and management.
Is there a message you would like to send to your future students? Enjoy the journey!
