Interview
What brought you to the Czech Republic, and what made you to join EUFRAT team? The love for travelling brought me here. I chose EUFRAT team because they are the coolest here in Pilsen, and it’s a treat to have friendly people around you.
What is, in your opinion, the mission of a language tutor? For me, my mission in every lesson is to see my students leaving the room with a smile.
What would your students say about you? And how would you describe your students? I really don’t know what my students think of me, I guess a friendly teacher with interesting lessons. Most of my students are shy and serious.
Is there a lasting lesson you hope students take from your classes? Not sure about this question
What is, according to you, the best thing about EUFRAT? I like Marketa. She works in the German department, and I must say she’s been a reliable colleague and outgoing.
Is there a message you would like to send to your future students? For my future students, I want you to be natural, competitive, and be active as possible as you can. I want you to be open minded people.
And briefly
- Favourite book: I don’t have any favourite books but lately I’m into inspirational and duolingo books because it’s something that I need.
- Movie: My all time favourite movie is Titanic.
- Band / Record: I have some of Aerosmith’s songs in my playlist like Crazy and I Don’t Wanna Miss a Thing. I like this rock band.
- Sea or mountains: One of my hobbies is swimming, maybe because I know how to swim now; and I feel a bit relax when I’m in the water.
- Summer or winter: I come from a tropical country, so I don’t like hot weather. For me warm is fine. I feel better when the weather is cool or cold; and I feel fresh every spring and winter.
- Dog or cat: Dog because of Sophie; she’s mini pinscher, and she is my super, duper, mega, ultra, lovable, and cutest princess.
